Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars:

• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: These are made in 4 steps on a moving conveyor of metal molds
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: The icy shell is squirted into the mold
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: Then the molds are lowered into a flowing stream of super-chilled (way below Zero) Brine
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: The Brine chills the molds to below Zero and the liquid begins to freeze
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: The icy shell quickly freezes in a layer just inside the mold's walls
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: The length of time it takes an icy shell to build up is designed into the length of the production line
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: Suction lines dip in and suck out the remaining liquid for reuse at the start
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: The empty Icy shells continue down the line to freeze SOLID
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: See - you can peer right down into the hollow icy shell's bottom
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: Now for the Ice cream part to meet its Shell

• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: This isn't warm enough to melt the bar - but it can now be pulled out of the mold easily
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: Grippers raise the 50/50 bars away from their molds
• Ice Cream - 50/50 Bars: The bars get a quick dip in water to form an ice layer over it - it stores much better, and longer that way.
